General best-time charts average millions of accounts that are not yours. This checker looks at your own recent posts and shows which days and times got you the most likes and comments.
We read the time and the likes and comments of your last 12 posts and 12 Reels. Each post is compared with your usual result, so a score of 2.0 means that post got twice your usual likes and comments. Then we group your posts by day of the week and by time of day, and show where your best results came from.
Times are shown in your own time zone. If most of your followers live somewhere else, pick their time zone from the list and the table updates.
With only a few recent posts there is no pattern to find. Post at a few different times over the next two weeks, then run the checker again.
Instagram also shows when your followers are online. In the app, open Professional dashboard, tap Total followers and scroll to Most active times. For general starting points, see our guide to the best times to post on Instagram.
Posting at the right time gets more of your current followers to see each post. Growth also needs new people finding your account. Our Instagram audit shows the other habits that affect how far your posts travel.
If you would like a team to do the growth work for you, that is what Sup Growth does. A person on our team engages by hand with real people in your niche and area, from your account, and new followers get a welcome message. Clients typically gain 300 to 800 real followers a month, and the first 14 days are free.

It depends on when your own followers are online and in the mood to interact. Published studies average millions of accounts, so the most useful answer comes from your own results, which is what this checker shows.
Yes. The feed is ranked, not in time order, but a new post is first shown to some of your followers. If they are online and react, Instagram shows it to more people.
The more the better. With fewer than 20 recent posts, treat the result as a guide and test your best slot for a couple of weeks before you rely on it.
Use the time zone where most of your followers live. Instagram shows your followers' top locations in Professional dashboard, under Total followers.
Posting at least three times a week gives Instagram more chances to show your account to new people. Consistency matters more than an exact number.
